What's Beta- carotene？

β-carotene (β-carotene) belongs to carotenoids, it is ubiquitous in nature and is the most stable natural pigment, it is a fat-soluble compound with orange color, shiny rhombohedral or crystalline powder, It mainly comes from natural foods such as green plants and yellow and orange fruits.
