Fumaric acid is an important organic chemical raw material, an intermediate of fine chemical products, and an important derivative of maleic anhydride. It is widely used in the fields of food, coatings, resins, and plasticizers. In the food industry, fumaric acid is used as a sour agent, and can be used in refreshing drinks, Western-style wine, cold drinks, concentrated fruit juices, canned fruits, pickles, and ice cream. An acidic substance used as a gas generating agent for solid beverages, the bubbles are long-lasting and the product structure is fine.
