Peganum harmala is a general term for plants and Chinese medicinal materials. The plant camelopus is a perennial herb of the tribulus family. The roots are thick and long. Multibranched, branched and scattered, lower recumbent, upper oblique, stem and branch rounded, smooth and glabrous. Distribution both at home and abroad.The medicinal material is tribulus officinalis camel pondweed and the same kind of plant many cracks camel pondweed. It has the functions of relieving cough and asthma, dispelling wind and dampness, reducing swelling and toxicity. Modern studies on the alkaloid phytoplasmic toxicity in camel's shelter, as well as the monoamine oxidase inhibitor, have effects on central nervous system, cardiovascular system and anti-tumor effect. In addition, the seeds of the plant camelopus can also be used medicinally.
